COMING 2025 Montgomery Express is a state-of-the-art intermodal facility strategically located to offer businesses an efficient and cost-effective transportation solution. Owned and operated by Alabama Port Authority, the 272-acre site includes 9,000 feet of working and storage tracks. CSX Transportation provides the inter-modal train service between Mobile and Montgomery. The facility is easily accessible to two major roadways. Interstate 85 and Highway 31. Our facility operates from the day side Monday through Friday and runs importing and exporting trains five days a week.
